★☆☆☆☆ For your own sake ovoid this agency . We came from Canada to Spainto buy to property in Benalmádena. We visited this agency (among others) and we have been introduced to Silvia, very charming lady who speaks good English. After few days of running around, we found few properties that we liked and were very interested in buying. Every single time we made an offer, Silvia would tell us that the offer either was refused or was accepted as a very slightly reduced price. She would give all sorts of reasons why the price cannot be reduced: either the owner does not have a mortgage and is not in hurry to sale and so on… She even told us once to bring 2000 EUR if we wanted to view the property a second time because the owner has already a buyer who is willing to pay higher price. On one occasion she told us that the property was 120,000 EUR just to find out later that the selling actually was 101,000 EUR negotiable. We found out also after talking directly to owners that Silvia never negotiated the price with them and they were willing to drop price substantially to sale. To make a story short, Silvia was always trying to get the maximum price for the properties to maximize her commissions. You should avoid this agency. We have also to say that have dealt with other agencies and with all fairness they were mostly honest and professionals.
